Guidelines:

Filmmakers must submit a Two Minute Public Service Announcement (PSA) in DVD (NTSC) format to be executed in any genre. Deadline is November 12, 2007. All finalists will be screened at the ImaginAsian Theater in December 3, 2006 for an Awards Gala. Trophies, plaques and in kind prizes and bragging rights await the winners.
